CAR PARKING:

REFRESHMENTS AND BAR:

A confectionery sales service is available at least 30 minutes prior to the performance and ice cream sales are available during the interval. A licensed bar is open from one hour prior to 'curtain up', during the interval and after the performance. Drinks are not permitted in the auditorium, smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the venue.

PHOTOGRAPHY :

Unless otherwise stated, the use of cameras and audio-visual equipment is not permitted. Some show promoters may require customers to hand cameras and audio-visual equipment in at the door for safe keeping during the performance.

MOBILE PHONES:

Please ensure that Mobile Phones are turned off during the Performance.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED SHOWS:

Should a show be cancelled, every effort will be made to contact all customers by letter, phone or email, dependent on time available. Tickets will be refunded in all cases. If the show is cancelled by a third party ie. Artist or company, Tendring District Council cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer.

PROGRAMME :

The Management reserve the right to alter the programme and times due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Tendring District Council.

MERCHANDISE:

Merchandise is available for some shows. Tendring District Council cannot be held responsible for any items purchased from third parties.
