quality musical entertainment with a difference. World class musicians will take you on a light-hearted journey
through centuries of classical music in this fantastic programme. There is also a soprano who scats and a pianist
who does everything there is to be done with a piano, both inside and out!

An eclectic mix of professional musicians who perform wonderful and familiar music in a
different way making the world of classical music entertaining and accessible.
A visual spectacle, The Oxford Players use three kinds of flute, recorder and a huge range of percussion
including bongos, marimba and castanets. There is also a soprano who scats and a pianist who does everything there
is to be done with a piano!
The Oxford Players present a programme of well-loved favourites including the theme music of Oscar-winning
Schindler’s List, Rimsky-Korsakov’s amazing Flight of the Bumblebee and George
Gershwin’s toe-tapping I Got Rhythm.
